Trainee Registration Process:
a) When trainee registers, system will assign one unique ID. During registration trainee needs to input personal Email address as parallel logon name, so system unique ID and Email can be used for logon; Email will be used for password recall and future communication.
b) Trainee needs to register their last name, first name, gender, birthday, ID card no, permanent location's province, city, district(selected from database), detail address, postcode, mobile phone number, career as required inputs. They can input their backup contact methods as optional inputs.
Customer Company management account registration Process:
a) Customer Company management account has similar registration requests like Trainee except a few items difference e.g. company name as logon name, not personal Email address; company address should be recorded well.
b) After company management account is ready, this account will be used to manage and maintain this company's training lessons, lessons assignment, trainee management and so on functions.
Trainee and Company Accounts Logon Process:
a) Trainee can logon by system ID or Email address. Trainee can change Email address after logon, but system will confirm new Email address is unique inside database.
b) Customer Company account can use system ID or company name logon. Company name can be changed after logon, but system will confirm it is unique inside database.
c) After trainee account logon, they can see detail training lessons introduction; personal E-learning progress and status; certification status; download certification.
Password Lost and Found Process:
a) When trainee and company accounts forget their logon password, they can input their Email address, system will send password to their mailbox.
b) Password should be complex: at least 6 characters including number.
c) For group registration trainee accounts created by CERT from system, the default password is: 1) last six numbers from input trainee’s ID; 2) if there is no input of trainee’s ID, but personal Email address is input into system, the default password is Email address; 3) if neither trainee’s ID or Email address is input, the default password will be user’s system ID.
